Accommodation
There are two double bedded, en suite bedrooms. One of these rooms has an interconnecting children's bedroom, which combines to offer a family room.
The beds are 5 foot wide and very comfortable. Both bedrooms have flat screen digital television and radio. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the two double rooms.
One bathroom offers a full size bath (with a shower at one end) so you can enjoy a long soak after a day's activities. The other bathroom has a walk in shower, but no bath.
Families
Apart from the family room available, there are stairgates fitted (not ones you trip over!).
The children's bedroom contains a full size single bed and a small - cot size - child's bed.
I can provide a highchair, a collapsible cot, and a selection of toys, on request.
The garden has swings and a small sandpit.

Gardens
What better than sitting in the garden amongst the smell of roses, whilst sipping a glass of Award winning Tanners Wines.
The garden is small but well stocked with flowers and vegetables and a refreshing place to sit after a day traveling.
The garden is set amongst farmland, where you will see throughout the seasons, lambs, cows, cygnets, ducks and a variety of wild birds.
In the winter we go sledging in the fields and pond dipping in the nearby brook.
