From the North
A49 from Shrewsbury, in Dorrington turn right signposted Picklescott, Smethcott.
From the South
A49 from Hereford, Ludlow and Church Stretton; turn left signposted Picklescott, Smethcott.
Pass village school and Church, keep following this country lane until you start to climb a small hill with the road narrowing dramatically and tall banks on either side.
As you descend this tiny hill there is a double bend and you see a drive directly in front of you - to your left. There is a clear sign on the Telegraph pole saying HIGHER NETLEY. (If you drive over a stone bridge - you have overshot the turning!)
Turn into this drive and DRIVE SLOWLY.
When you see the first house, SLOW DOWN there are bumps in the road ahead. DO NOT turn into the first house.
My house is the LAST HOUSE ON THE RIGHT.
The entrance for the Bed & Breakfast is the green door with the AA sign clearly visible next to the door.
