- Hill walking with spectacular views, Long Mynd, Stiperstones, Lawley and Caradoc - on the doorstep
- Why not hop on a train at Church Stretton, where there is free parking; which will take you directly Shrewsbury, Ludlow (Castle and food), Hereford (Cathedral, Mappa Mundi, and market town), Leominster(Priory and Antique markets) or even Cardiff?
